Margherita
Mainly lactic curdled cheese. It is marketed after a few days of drying in the cell. It has no rind, creamy texture and a slightly acidic taste. The process is similar to that of robiola, which is the typical goat cheese from Northern Italy. For its Piedmontese origin, the name of Queen Margherita was chosen.
